Carmen Ware has a diverse practice ranging from multi-million dollar medical malpractice, wrongful death and catastrophic illness/injury related cases to routine workers' compensation and personal injury cases, drug and medical devices, guardianship/conservatorship, debt collection and defense, estate planning, employment discrimination, premise liability, defamation & invasion of privacy, property damage and other tort related litigation.

Prior to law school, Mrs. Ware practiced as a registered nurse for 20 years and frequently draws upon this experience in her practice of law to assess proper estimation of damages, liability, practice standards and exposure/claim valuation. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1986 and maintains her nursing licensure to date.

Representative Client Work

Utilizing over three decades of combined legal and medical experience, Attorney Ware has successfully represented doctors, nurses, and insurance clients as well as plaintiffs in medical malpractice and negligence cases, labor and employment and product liability claims; successfully tried and/or resolved complex workers' compensation cases involving multiple employer's, insurer's and PEAs, permanent total disability and pre-existing and complex medical conditions and injuries resulting in dismissal of client(s) or favorable settlement with significant exposure reduction; review, delineation and reduction of medical and legal causation and liability issues in Asbestos litigation and other litigation where medical causation was at issue.
